Took care of my problem with a smile. They were so helpful and friendly...some of the easiest going people I have met in a long time. I didnt know where to go when I needed stitches, I admit I googled urgent care and went with it... but the wonderful ladies at Gold Cross made my terrible day so much better. Clean facility and the absolute best staff... if you are in need of Urgent Care in the area do yourself a favor and give Gold Cross a try! I had to go in again yesterday. I saw Dr. Marsha. I believe she saved my life when I didnt even know things were so serious until she explained in full detail. She went out of her way to educate me on my problem. I wish she had a private practice here but I will go back to see her. She is such an intelligent woman and didnt just stop by my room for a few minutes. She took her time and was more thorough than any Dr that I have ever seen. The office staff and nurse are right up there with her too. Anyhow, you see that I had the best experience possible an a walk in clinic. I highly recommend them and pray that they stay in town. We (husband, daughter, grandson & myself,) have been at this WONDERFUL urgent care center more times then I can remember! Every time they have handled the situation very professional & with real concern for us as a person not a number. They have have given us options for future care for medical situation that have arisen. What can I say except I LOVE all envolved in the running of and careing for the walk in to this Urgent Care. I was very impressed. I saw Marsha Miller. She was concerned, knowledgeable, compationate, and stern when she needed to be. I loved her bed side manner. The office manager was awesome, she was the person who greated me on my first visit. She made me feel right at home. Incredibly kind and affectionate to everyone I saw her interact with. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Everyone was friendly and professional. The paperwork was minimal. I was seen by the nurse and in a room in 15 minutes. I did have to wait for the doctor to return from a call at the hospital. I was still in and out in under an hour. Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy, and I was able to pick them up in 30 mins.
